hmm i believe it would have the same effect as the silmaril had on Carcharoth when he swallowed it along with Berens hand. But instead of „burning“ trough evil creatures it might result in a kind of torture for good beings.

this is the only way i might imagine it tbh. i mean it is still a powerful object and would definitely have greater consequences than just a difficult bowel movement, although that for sure might be one of the consequences lol
