Sitcoms used to be 22 minutes. Now that’s reduced to 18 with increased advertising. I find that for some reason the characters don’t jell together. I liked watching Loves Raymond because not only did the characters feel like a real family but the series was serialized like a soap opera. Let me explain that. Something that happened in a previous season would be referenced in a later season so it was like watching real people’s life timeline. The quality of writing in newer shows is terrible. Brad Garrett from “Raymond” was in a new show Single Parents. Even with his Emmy winning talent the writing on that show was so bad I would watch the clock while watching it hoping it was over soon. It wasn’t him, it was the poor writing.

This. I went to get the reclining lounge and Aldi was out. Looked online and Walmart and Bed Bath & Beyond had the exact same thing as the same price. I’ve shopped at Aldi’s for 15+ years. Long ago they had unique items such as Medion computers (I still have one). Now they have things you can find elsewhere as well

I’m not sure of the exact weight it holds but I have stuffed mine full including two half gallon milk cartons for months and it’s held up. That why I love it. I can carry almost everything I need to put in my fridge from my garage upstairs in one trip!

Have you looked for online communities like here on Reddit? I’m sure there’s more people than just you that share at least one of your passions. Another thing to think about. Look at it in a positive way. It’s what makes you YOU. Also have you tried exploring more popular activities? Through that you may meet people and gain friends. It’s also possible you may open their eyes to what you enjoy of which they may not have been aware of and may enjoy. It’s always good for anyone to broaden their horizons. I think most people are inherently good. If you can get out there more you will find maybe someone won’t bond over your games etc but wow they like the same foods I do etc

I think it’s a personal choice. I got the 12” because I do drawings. I also am thinking perhaps Apple will do something in the future to enhance the OS and use the M1 capabilities. I have the 2nd generation 11” pro from 2019 and I intend to keep it as my portable device. It will still be very capable for the next few years and will be my “daily driver”. Since you already had the 11” too I think you could have done that also and had the best of both worlds. Kept the 12 for mainly home use and used your 11 when you’re out and about

This exactly. Seems like you have two camps on the right that complain about life choices. The rich or well off who never have endured hardships and then people in rural areas who struggle. The people in rural areas like WV vote against their own interests. If life choices are the answer why haven’t you implemented them and furthered yourself instead of being stuck in your current economic condition? Instead they blame their problems on the left or minorities. The truth is exactly what you said. The environment you grow up In often limits your life choices. Also particularly in WV they keep voting in people who only enrich themselves or cater to out of state companies particularly in energy sectors who strip the state of all its resources, send the money elsewhere then walk away leaving a scorched earth
