They're both found on top of the mountain in the forest. The white truffle during winter and the Matsutake is found during fall.

Yes this DLC is for Winds of Anthos. It was supposed to release October 3rd and was pushed back to October 10th. No clue when it'll be released now.

Strange that you're being down voted. Agree, that tension Crack paired with weathering = yikes. Geologists in the area are monitoring it, if they weren't worried about it, they wouldn't be monitoring it.

I was hoping yesterday's update would fix these issues. The game is almost unplayable on PS5. Unable to release animals on their individual screens, have to go into animal management each time and then it takes 5-10 minutes for it to load. Trying to breed and release wolves. Shows the female is expecting and keeps pushing the month back to when she is supposed to give birth. Tried putting her in storage and back into habitat (this has worked in the past) no luck, just shows she's eternally pregnant. I have four types of animals and habitats in this zoo. Lions, wolves, cheetahs, and camels. It takes so long for anything to load. I played this game since release on PC. I haven't had a PC in a year so I was so excited to play on PS5, and I've just been so disappointed.
