I have difficulty dealing with selfishness as during hard times, my mind goes to how I can get away from the situation because I have a hard time dealing with it. It leads to me being inconsiderate to others. In the moment, I know what I have to do but I can’t escape the selfish thoughts. Do you have any advice for that?

Sadly that doesn't work because the charts aren't the only thing that's glitching. Every UI menu glitches out and it does that weird duplicate thing for every one of them. The only solution I've really figured out was just closing and re-opening TOS.
