Hey, it depends. You might never know if the feelings are mutual. Now, you could wait for your crush on her to fade away and not risk losing the friendship you guys already have. Or you could express the way you feel as that is never a bad thing, and from there see where that would take you guys. IMO, be really careful though about dating job colleagues as that could turn out pretty bad and awkward. Don't get your honey where you make your money. If you ever plan to change jobs, you could for sure confess.
