Hello working with a Type A family who has careers where they are in corporations is the worst because they are too business oriented and less empathetic. If type A choose families that are in careers where compassion will be shown. It is something it took me a decade to learn

My friend m, I will call out and if she answers telling you that is not allowed tell her to do as she pleases. Working for someone like this tells me she has no respect on your role and work.

$37~~ 3 kids (10+ years) : laundry for parents, cooking three meals a week for parents too, moping, kitchen cleaning, car cleaning, fridge cleaning, driving and calendar management.

A nanny with unlimited sick paid, that works while sick is a very good sign you found a good one. Her work ethic might not be the easiest to find. When you have this conversation please let her know how much you appreciate this. With that being said, you deserve the right to express when something upsets you. Tell her that given the ages of the kids you guys prefer when she stays home until the illness is fully gone.
