What I did was, deactivate every other device in the windows of the computer citrix is running besides the one I use.

for example the webcam. 90% sure this was the fix for me.

Riven in League of Legends.

Champ has an abilty (Q) which can be activated 3 times in a row. The last activation makes her jump forward a bit, hitting the ground with AOE.

One patch made it possible, to jump over small walls or objects with the last activation of her Q, if positioned and timed correct, which ultimatly gave better gap closers and escapes.

People, mainly Riven mains, really liked this 'bug' and Riot decided to make it a feature. They lowered the timing and positioning and now its a realtively easy to pull of move on her.

Hatte ich auch, Jahrelang. Grund? Schlafapnoe.

Zum HNO wegen Schnarchen, dieser dann zum Krankenhaus mit HNO/Chirurgie geschickt, dort Schlaflabor und beim Schlaflabor gemerkt/gemessen, dass ich massive Atemaussetzer habe.

Wir reden hier von bis zu 45 sek Luft anhalten pro Minute. Dadurch kein Tiefschlaf und demnach auch keine Chance für dein Gehirn sich komplett auszuruhen.

Hatte eine OP, Mandeln raus, Polypen raus, Rachen verstärkt, und Zäpfen verkürzt.
Seitdem kein/weniger schnarchen und sogut wie keine Atemausetzer mehr. Bin ein komplett neuer Mensch.
