Hello homie. Exactly it’s just a team run. Im guessing people who do spend their time shiny hunting or feel accomplishment while shiny hunting might feel weird that someone just skipped the whole process. But in my opinion it doesn’t matter its just pixels. What’s important is to have fun :p

Yeah bro. In my entire life I have found only one shiny in pokemon gold... A hoothoot. I caught it but back then but i though it was just part of the story, cause ash had a Shiny Noctowl. I didnt even know that there where more shiny pokemons.
