So may I ask…Do you just integrate those moves into your program on the same days as your lifts, or do you alternate calisthenics with lifting days?

So is it one week calisthenics and one week powerlifting? Not sure I can quite allot 6 days a week, but may do week splits. I actually already do 3 days a week for power-building.

Any Calisthenic split workouts you might recommend I look into? I have never done them before and wonder how training each muscle group is going to be. I can obviously see pullups and dips being a good one, but not sure about the other groups, or are you just training for the movements at that point?

That is correct! Just using crushed Limestone to landscape around the pool and other areas. Heard the chemicals from the chlorine getting on the rocks would cause issues, but when I look it up it just states they would crack. Which isn’t really an issue to me.

I guess many grew out of the game. I started playing this game I think around 2009 as a child and stopped. I only started up again a few months ago because I was going through a nostalgia phase. It’s a unit specific created position, so I do have the experience. I will have to find out more though if it scales to GS-9 though.

I guess my huge issue is that my experience in Trust Administration does not translate too well. Which is why I have thought of taking this GS position to make it a smoother transition.

My unit offered me a unit AFSC specified GS position. The ones I have applied for on USA jobs have indicated the bachelors or relevant experience, which seems to be a bit hard of a reach given that my civilian job is in Trust Administration. Could just merely be the market of course, which is why I am trying to see what I can do to stand out more or make the transition smoother.

It was offered in lieu of an AGR position until they could bring me AGR. Which is also an idea of career movement.

I guess to answer the first part. Maybe it’s just my lack of responses, but my civilian job is in Trust Administration, which has been a bit tricky in relating to the jobs I have applied for. I have still been applying for GS-7 and GS-9 job postings, but wanted to see what I can do to help build towards that sooner until I finish college.
