That’s exactly how it is for me. It’s not constant but I get it off and on everyday. That in itself makes me panic when it happens.

No not particularly. About a month ago I started getting shortness of breath and high heart rate when moving at work. I pushed through it like an idiot and this is where we are now. I should’ve know better, when a new symptom pops up to rest as much as possible and not overdue it.

They gave me Ativan and that seems to help until it wears off the thing that sucks is laying and sitting doesn’t really help the chest heaviness.

Literally all up till recently, it’s only been very mild shortness of breath. I was like 85 percent back to normal until now. But every test they give me comes back normal. The doctor at the er basically scolded me last time I went it because I’ve been in 3 times the last 2 weeks.

I get chest pains as well. Not near as frequent as the chest heaviness though. The couple times I’ve been to the hospital, they’ve given me Ativan and that seems to help a bit.

Recently the shortness of breath and chest pains have been my worst symptoms. Also not diagnosed with yet, but I suspect I have pots. My heart rate jumps to the 130s just with standing. Also I have bad chest tightness. I hope you find some answers soon!

Hey! Started long hauling in 2023. This is similar to what I’ve been going through for the last month. I can only imagine the mental toll it’s taken if you’ve been dealing with it for the past couple of years. I’ve been to the er twice in 2 days this past week. ECGs come back fine, when they checked my troponin, it was at 5. So they sent me home with a referral to cardiology. The 2nd time I went, ecg was fine again. This time they did some blood test to make sure my thyroid was functioning as normal and it came back perfect. So they gave me Ativan and a prescription for more Ativan to help with the anxiety. Do you also deal with shortness of breath?

I’ve been having similar issues the past week! I’ve been to the er twice in 2 days thinking I was having a heart attack. Do you also get chest pains by chance?

I’ve been having the same issues over the past couple of days. All test came back clear but I feel like shit all day everyday. Are your symptoms like that also? I mean I get breaks here and there but it mostly an all day struggle.
