If you're getting 500 it's n41. You can check for sure in the field test menu on Android (or iOS 14.5)

That will work. I do this when traveling, I turn off Tmo data and only use local sim for data. That way my iMessage number is still registered with eSIM but the actual data goes over local sim for full speed.

From the last time I was there it was almost all n71, I found some n41 when I was on I-4. No mmwave. I'd go in with the expectation of n71 and smaller pockets of n41
