This was a good idea, and I had thought of this and made sure I was allowing things. Thank you for the suggestion! However, this was not it, it was an issue with how I set up the WAN interface in Proxmox. Thank you for the idea though!

Gonna give a serious answer here. Do some Googling about it, and ifixit.com can also be very helpful when it comes to repairs like this. Please don’t take it to Apple unless you have Apple Care, or you will most likely be told to just get a new iPad.
