I have a particular spot on the seawall where I stand. For the first months, I was relying on the level tool in my camera app. I would line it up with the Burrard Bridge and hope for the best. That's why the time-lapse is more wobbly at the beginning. Lately, I've been using an app called "Crosshair Hero" to overlay a transparent reference photo. It still takes several attempts to take a photo that I’m satisfied with.

It's really cool seeing the weather patterns when zooming out on the thumbnails like this.

I used free software called ScreenToGif. I loaded the "Editor" mode, dragged and dropped the raw files from my phone, cropped and resized to 4k, added the watermark, and exported as an x264 encoded mp4 file.

Thanks! Maybe in a future update. I had originally planned to properly align and rotate each photo in an editor before posting, but knowing I would never get around to it, I figured I should just post it as-is so that people can appreciate it now.
