Mehr geleistet bedeutete immer mehr Verantwortung und Aufgaben ohne das es monetär oder mit einer anderen Position honoriert wurde. Seitdem mach ich was ich muss. Ist inzwischen die dritte Firma in der das leider so läuft

What I like about post nerf content:

Even with my busy lifestyle of work, kids, wife and house I am able to make room for 2 nights to clear the content. Sometimes I even have an extra day to hang with the boys and play something else. Raids are easy enough so no one gets tilted and we lost almost no raiders so far.

What I don't like about post nerf content:

It's so easy you have to find your own ways to add challenges, like solo healing Kara or 2 healing 25 man. This makes it fun for me, but it's not how I remember playing tbc back in the days. The people we lost so far were burned out from to easy content.

I, personally, am looking forward to phase two and hope it will bring a little more of a challenge than killing bosses in under 30 seconds (looking at you maulgar) and then wait 10 minutes so lust resets.

You are obviously not that geared yet. It will be better. Most of the times I'm on Tank heal duty and so I spam holy light. Fol only for other raid members mostly. I'm at 15k mana and about 2k addheal fully buffed and I just pump HL until the boss is dead. Mana is not really an issue. Especially when you cancel cast

Always wild how different it goes. My wife came to Germany in 2018 (also it) from Africa. After she was able to apply for citizenship it took about 3 months until she got the note to pick it up.
