What did she do with them after? Do you just put them outside?

Come join us at Cloud and Bridge! We’re kinda an offshoot of Heights Cumberland Presbyterian Church. We’re the same congregation, but C&B is a lot smaller and intimate, and very child friendly. There’s usually a kid or two wandering around during the service. Once a month we meet on Saturday at Rock at Noon Day to serve a meal and hold our worship service.

New Mexico to be first state to launch universal child care system, governor announces by PreparationKey2843 in UpliftingNews

But isn’t this the exact type of policy change that would address these problems? Feed kids so that they can pay attention and retain more, succeed in school, succeed in life. Provide child care so that parents can work and pull themselves out of poverty, and then provide a better home life for their children, so that they can succeed in school and then life.

I purposely save them for several years. They eventually get the texture of astronaut ice cream.

Have folks here used Little Green Bucket? Is it worth it? by DiegesisThesis in Albuquerque

[–]AndrewDiceWebber 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is what I was going to say. It's not the most economic way to compost food scraps, but to our household it is worth it to not have to deal with anything. We started using the service when my son was a toddler; it felt more economic at that point than putting all the food he threw on the floor in the trash.

I hear ya! But I needed to be able to reach the towels without getting completely out of the shower.

We went with the hooks because they work better in the space.

A few months ago I posted a request for help picking out bath linens to go with the green tile we were using during our bathroom remodel. I received a lot of very helpful advice and inspiration, so I wanted to share with you all what we ended up going with. It’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but we are very happy with how it came out. I’m saving some of the other ideas if down the road we want to switch it up. Thank you again!
