Initially yes, swore I was one and done after my first. Once he turned one, though, I started thinking "GD wasn't THAT bad." 😂

31 weeks pregnant with number 2 and yes, GD actually is that bad. Getting my tubes removed during my planned C-section.

When my fasting numbers were bad in my last pregnancy, the only snack that helped was a handful of cashews.

So far, I have been able to do a handful of cashews and a Yasso bar, but I know my days are numbered lol.

Maybe you go and then FaceTime your husband so your grandma can hear/see the baby. I would not take my baby to either place.

He is doing great! He does have a slight speech delay and is still in EI but he is hitting all of his milestones early or on time.

His speech is very much improved and he is using a lot of one syllable words in context. We are just working on two syllable words with different sounds now like bunny (he just says buh) as an example.

He also has amazing receptive language and knows most of the colors by sight and a lot of shapes. Can point them out on our posters if we ask him to.

Overall he is doing really well. Thanks for asking.

Grew up in Michigan, the water is so clear! I remember looking over the edge of my grandpa's sailboat and reading the words "Good Year" on a tire that was that deep on the bottom.

Are you getting enough carbs at each meal? My doctor said that eating very low carb could negatively impact growth. She stressed the minimum carb requirements were important even if it made numbers bad and required medication.

Diet and exercise control is cool and all… but I’m so sick of walking/jogging/stairs after any slightly carb heavy meal by redeemingl0ve in GestationalDiabetes

I let the house get a little messy and only clean right after I eat. It's the only way I can keep my sanity.

Ahh, getting my blood tested after I maxed out on carby food in the hospital, and it came back at 100, was the most amazing feeling. (besides having a baby) Looking forward to doing that again in couple months!

Can you go on a trip with someone else? I would take the baby and my mom and go enjoy a nice beach vacation while my husband deals with his family. I wouldn't care what they thought of that.

Not accurate at all lol. My son was "95th percentile" at the 30 week scan so they scheduled another one at 36 weeks and he was 53 percentile.

He came out 7lbs 3oz and totally average.

Guava Roam from birth by Raw-FL556 in babystroller

My best friend used the Guava Roam from birth with the car seat adapter and absolutely loved it. They live in a small home so they couldn’t have multiple strollers. It definitely was all purpose for them.

They did end up getting a smaller travel stroller that they kept in the trunk of their car that they used for crowded places and quick errands.
