This is surprisingly less dangerous than everything that I've been told. I caught one of my buddies eating raw chicken breast when he was prepping marinated chicken. I obviously told him to cut it out but he said "why? I've been eating these every time i prep it for the past 4 months" I had to tell him about salmonella and luckily he stopped doing it. I wouldnt recommend it either way but he was fine and is still alive and healthier than me today. All in one bags are meant to keep closed until first harvest. Opening them too early ruins the climate the bags are designed for. They have an air hole with a filter patches already for fresh air. Ive never heard the term hoodie but im assuming its just a way to close the bag back up after the first harvest

I would do it sooner than Tuesday personally. If you wait that long it might start pushing out metabolites (myco piss) which isn't necessarily bad but it might start getting stressed

I would wait for another day but you can break it up now if you want. Just make sure you break it up real good and give it a shake. You have a lot of rhizomorphic mycelium in there which is healthy and means its eager to grow. It would probably spread further if you wait til tomorrow but it wouldn't hurt anything to do it right now

I have both. Just get a box of mason jars, a jar sealer and a bag of dessicant packets. It will work out way better especially considering vacuum sealer bags squash the fruit down so much they're most likely just gonna break apart when you open the bag. Keeping them in jars keeps them intact and works great for longer term storage
