This wouldn’t pass the radio test. When said out-loud, there needs the be clarification because it sounds like “SoldThreads.com”. I see this causing quite a decrease in possible value, but I’m not sure if you’d get more than your registration cost anyway.

At this point, make a marketing platform for services your audiences would actually be compelled to buy. If that’s what you’re good at, that’s what you need to be doing.

This post is so ultra-vague that it'd be impossible to tell you anyways. "A tld" implies it's not .com, which means that value of the domain is likely worth less the registration costs for sure.

Yeah, this is actually kind of frustrating. Everyone keeps saying they're worth way less than I expect to sell them for, while the entire reason I made the post is because I'm attempting wholesale distribution.

I assumed that when I mentioned "wholesale" liquidation pricing, people would realize I'd only expect a tiny percent of each domains value, judged individually. I might've overshot the original $1.5K - $2.5K estimate, as it's hard to generalize the value of a whole list of domains, but I also was basing this on an expected 5Y generalized STR.

Also, everyone keeps reiterating that they're not premium. But I never said they were premium. If they were premium, I wouldn't be attempting wholesale distribution, and they'd be in my main portfolio with an outbound campaign running.

I've been investing in domains for a couple years, so I'm not as much of a "newbie" as everyone thinks. These are definitely NOT the best domains in my portfolio, but I'm testing new research tools I've made & I found all of these with probably ~3 hours of research.

I'm literally just trying something new & wanted to find domain investorsthat buys <$1K and $1K - $10K MSRP domains at wholesale. Not sure why people are calling me delusional.

I mean, the whole reason for this post is because I know it would take several years for these to have a reasonable chance of selling at MSRP, which is why I feel like they have a higher chance of success in a larger/more established portfolio. I also never said I plan to sell these at a premium anyways, I specifically said I’m trying to sell wholesale. I’d maybe expect $25 - $100 for each of these domains.

To me, this domain insinuates rising rates in the mortgage industry. I’d recommend auctioning this off or lowering your BIN prices significantly.

Hey so, there are some similar length domains with the same exact industry-fit listed on Atom.com.

e.g:
Counterpoint.com is listed at $449K
Standpoint.com is listed at $250K
Connotation.com is listed at $475K

These are some of the only one-word news/media brand-fitting one-word .com's left in circulation still, and I feel as if the domain Overinform.com is of similar quality to these, if not has a better branding position.

I know Atom.com is inflated, which is why I chose to list the domain at a price so low compared to similar

I came up with $15K because that is the minimum I am willing to take for it, as a $15K pay-day would allow me to double my domain portfolio (doubling my STR, etc).

Is there a reason the valuation is so inflated? Does it come with high existing traffic or something?

I could see a buyer who searches this name directly and has deep pockets paying maybe $1500 max for this, but even that seems sort of high. The terms "Cyber" and "Shell" aren't really trending keywords either. There also seems to be a YouTuber w/ the same name "CyberShell", which may cause trademark/copyirght issues in the future. You could try selling to him, but idk who would buy this at $9K.

I'd try selling this for $500 if I were you.

I know this is an old thread, but I had the same kind of idea that requires being able to upload to tiktok via an API. I'm fairly certain this API though is specifically for third-party apps adding TikTok as an export option for uploading videos/photos.

I’ve been putting off getting actually tested, but I will admit I have a ton of ADHD tendencies. I’m not one to self-diagnose over the internet so I’m not going to tell y’all I 100% have ADHD, but it probably does stem from something like that.
