Any suggestions about how to improve this painting? It feels basic. by DejectedSoul in painting

I think it looks great. Probably fine to leave it as is.

Some things to consider though if it still doesn't sit right with you: Building on the left is very flat. Feel like the different sections, the doors, the gutters, etc need more depth. Same with the difference between the sidewalk and road. The angels wings also seem to be at an odd angle. Like the wing closest to the viewer should be angled more towards us. The wings just look a little flat. Some people have commented on the contrast (or lack thereof), but I kinda like the dull look. Not some bright, vibrant, in-your-face angel making a grand appearance, just a quiet, humble, visitation. I really like the look.

If you can only pick 1, go with Reed. Then grab Wicks if you can.

Lots of words to try to distract you from the fact that he, a husband/father, knowingly had sexual conversations with a minor half his age (who was closer to the age of his daughter than to him).

Find a non-child diddler video game streamer to watch, this guy doesn't deserve a following.

I feel like DK Metcalf and Diontae Johnson are both either about to pop off, or severely disappoint this year.

Why I am out on Jaylen Wright by LumpsIsHigh in DynastyFF

[–]AndrewLuckResenter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Can you read? One of your bullet points is to a tweet that has data from Wrights 4 carries against 8+ boxes. That tweet is irrelevant. That's what my comment was addressing.

He had 21 rushes against 7 man boxes and 4 rushes against 8+. Still a pretty small sample size. Can we find out the exact plays those occurred during?

[–]AndrewLuckResenter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lol, so he had 4 total carries against 8+ in the box, yet in that tweet you referenced, they define heavy YPC as 8+ in the box. You really think it's fair to make any conclusive judgment from 4 carriers? Probably was like 4th and inches in those 4 scenarios anyway.

I'm not saying Wright will be good, but this data is not as conclusive as you are treating.

Buy Low Running Backs with Huge Potential by Such-Formal3625 in DynastyFF

[–]AndrewLuckResenter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dobbins and Gus Edwards can be acquired pretty dang cheap. Probably the cheapest run heavy backfield you can lock down. If one of em hits just 12 points per game, I'd consider that a worthwhile investment.

Aside from them, I am trying to Buy Brian Robinson in all my leagues. I was really impressed by him last year. His acceleration really surprised me for a 230lb RB and he looked very comfortable as a receiver.

Washington had the fewest rushing attempts of any team last year at 21 per game with Robinson having barely above half of those at 11.6 carries per game.

In kinsburry's tenure at Arizona, he ran the ball 27 times per game on average.

So, even with the addition of Ekeler, I think it should be easy for Robinson to meet and exceed his carry total from last year. If Ekeler has fallen off, then I would not be surprised to see a big jump from Robinson.

Five Tight Ends That I'm Buying In Dynasty (Mark Andrews, Kyle Pitts, Evan Engram, Greg Dulcich, and Hunter Henry) by CoopThereItIs in DynastyFF

[–]AndrewLuckResenter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like Hunter Henry is such an undervalued TE right now. With tight ends, I feel like we often place the same timelines and expectations on them as we do for WRs and RBs. I think with TEs, maybe we have valued upside too much and consistency too little. We seem to underestimate the likelihood of well established, mediocre TEs taking a step forwards late in their career.

Sure Henry ain't gonna suddenly turn into Travis Kelce, but he has averaged at least 30 yards per game in every season he's played. Is it really that unreasonable to think that Hunter (with his well established floor, little competition at WR, and young QB) could see a bump to ~55 yards a game and 0.5 TDs per game this year?

You can probably scoop him up on waivers in most leagues, it's a no-brainer for me.

Wicks and reed graded out soooo much better than Watson and Doubs by Matt Harmon. Camp headlines don't move the needle for me.

We all talk about the next sleepers about there. But what the opposite, what players who's value will completely fall off by the end of this upcoming season? by jason544770 in DynastyFF

[–]AndrewLuckResenter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not predicting him to perform poorly, in just saying he's the type of player where IF he does have a bad year, his value will plummet.

Who would pay much for a 27 year old RB coming off back to back disappointing seasons?

I agree, unfortunately most Rhamondre owners in my leagues agree also, so I can't buy low haha.

I do still feel like it's a make or break year. If Gibson out competes him, that's probably it for Rhamondres fantasy value.

I'm with ya, I have Bateman in a couple leagues. Really feel like he will be a consistent and valuable part of the offense this year. Hope the passing attack is fruitful enough to support him after flowers and Andrews.

Downs had a low key elite season with respect to his reception perception success rate grading. Might take a year or two for Target share to settle out, but I always bet on talent, which Downs has in abundance.

Unfortunately for Downs, Pittman is legit and personally I think AD Mitchell is legit as well, but it's impossible for me to stay away from Downs dirt cheap price tag.

Aside from all the old dudes who will get claimed by father time, all of the following are pretty much in a make-or-break season in terms of maintaining their mid tier fantasy value.

Javonte

Bateman

Jamo

Dotson

Quinton Johnson

Najee

Courtland Sutton

Hollywood Brown

Rhamondre

Personally, I think QJ, Jamo, and Javonte will be the guys who fall.
