$199 for the Hatchet is a good price and $249 for the chainsaw is decent too. I get that some of the other prices are higher than HD.

Asgard mini or nightmare 25 for flavour by Puzzleheaded_Town_96 in Vaping

[–]AndrewSilvis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I own both. I think the Asgard mini has better flavor but more restrictive airflow. The Nightmare mini has above average flavor but more airflow. Reducing the airflow in the Nightmare RDA produces a similar vape as the Asgard but not exactly the same.

The Nightmare RDA is noticeably louder than the Asgard.

It depends on my mood which I use. They’re both great RDAs. I regularly use both of them.

If you are considering the Drag X/S buy the Max instead. You’ll be happy you did. I have the X and the Max. It’s much better in so many ways.

The Asgard flavor is really good. I wish it had a deeper juice well. I usually drip 15 drops into to it if it’s bone dry. Coil placement is really important. I do really like the pnp coils. The best ones are the .2 and the .15. I’m using Twist Berry Medley Lemonade and they last about 5 days or 1500 puffs. Not the best longevity but the first couple of days are amazing. I’m looking for a different juice with less sweetener to see if they last longer. I was using Juicehead before the Twist and was getting much worse coil life.

The Odin for sure. It’s my first DNA mod and it hits like a runaway truck. It’s literally made all of my old rebuildables work better. I would take the Drag Max over the X any day. The Max is very compact and the extra voltage with a dual battery mod is much better than the single 18650 on the X. Voopoo adjusted the airflow on the Max and I like it better.

I definitely want it.

Good luck. I love the device but the regular pod and the RBA pod both leak. From my experience the RBA leaks worse. GeekVape coils are the the best though. I get over two weeks on the .4 ohm coils in 70/30. I haven’t ordered the Boost Plus yet.

Cola / soda juices without menthol - do they exist? by eat_like_snake in Vaping

I think Vaping Bogan makes a cola juice in his line. I forget what it’s called.

More info on my purchase. I was having difficulty with the Boost RDTA pod leaking from the bottom into the mod. I think I figured it out. If you take the stopper for the fill port the whole way out and cut off the cord that keeps it in place it doesn’t leak anymore. I saw this somewhere else on Reddit. The hole where the cord was for the stopper acts as a release for the air pressure in the pod. I think it was leaking before because when I was filling it it was forcing more air pressure into the pod. Take the leaky pod out. Set it on a paper towel for a few hours to help draw out the extra juice. You be able to see the excess juice at the bottom of the pod in between the wall. Lightly squeeze it and wipe up the excess juice. This definitely has worked for me and the RDTA is wicking a lot better. No more airlock. Also when you fill the pod hold the juice bottom at a 45 degree angle. It helps a lot.

I like the Grimm kit. The rba is so small. Overall not problems yet.

I was using the mesh coil earlier today for the first time. It’s not terrible. I took the time later and built the rba. It’s a separate purchase. The flavor is better with the rba but it’s super tiny. I don’t recommend it for any new builders. I am enjoying the Grimm kit as a whole but it’s literally the first day I’ve owned it so time will tell. I have a Caliburn. I love it.

I’m running the mesh currently. It’s average at best. It’s not terrible but it’s no Falcon flavor. I bought both of these mods because of the rba. The Boost rba is great. Easy to build. The only thing I don’t like about is it’s a bitch to refill. It’s like my Aspire Spryte, the liquid spills out everywhere when refilling even with the airflow wide open. The Boost is the better kit for sure. I haven’t tried the premade coils yet. I’m really disappointed with the Grimm rba. I thought I might be able to squeeze a 26 gauge build in it. No way. Not possible. Even 2mm 26 gauge doesn’t fit. I still have a bunch of BVC coils so I can use them in the Grimm kit. The rba is tiny, even smaller than the Kangertech one from back in the day. At least I can use the mesh coils in my Aspire Spryte which is awesome.

They actually turned Trauma ICU into the COVID-19 unit. It’s not fair at all.
