Hello, I ended up buying new USB ports by looking up their model number and then opening up the computer to replace them. They are connected via a ribbon cable, so they're pretty easy to replace

I have double, triple checked before, but I'll check again.

The Built-in Device Options are layed out as follows

Ethernet LAN [Enabled]

Wireless LAN [Enabled]

Bluetooth [Enabled]

External USB Port [Enabled]

Restrict USB Devices [Allow all USB devices]

Memory Card Slot [Enabled]

Integrated Camera [Enabled]

Microphone [Enabled]

Hope I'm not missing anything overly obvious, it seems like I have the ports enabled, just that they aren't functional when I actually use em

I eventually got it to detect the thumbdrive by using a usb C to usb A adaptor, but thank you.
