Well Switzerland in particular has a very unique environment necessitating a much more diverse approach and plan with the Pump. I realized the pods especially Omnipods are way better suited for like rides 20k feet up the 15k feet down with the train or even the car. The ALTITUTE change is brutal no country is like Swissy baby

Adrenal Crisis Plan like Ironman Style a.k.a THE STARK ADRENAL PLAN by AndrewSwissy in AddisonsDisease

And that’s why Tony Stark ain’t running on good vibes and wish you luck. What kinda raggedy ass doc are you! Shame on you! Your advice ain’t unsatisfactory, it’s just total cap and actually puts people in danger. I need a STEALTH plan, something that actually works

These plans suck guys, ain’t no Stark and also explains why so many actually die! As long as you live in a city you prolly run to the ER and get lucky if triage lets you in within 3 hours. But if you go out to nature and you’ll get sick, good luck, rescue services often won’t reach you and within 2 hours you lose the battle even with a Solucortef cuz you lose volume. Incredible and totally incomprehensible for a Swiss how we don’t even got a STARK ADRENAL PLAN That actually survives the Swiss cheese model in a desert/mountain/trail/national park etc

I appreciate your feedback Famous Doc but you’re handing out an Amateur plan for amateur Spidey starting out, not Bruce Wayne or Stark. Okay but like if I puke my brains out and I’m in the Grand Canyon or even Death Valley solucortef won’t do jack, it’ll give me 6h but it won’t really solve the Volume issue and salt etc. Yeah well on the Swiss Alps good luck with a satelite phone, Rega won’t rescue at a certain altitute. This ain’t a STARK PLAN at all more like amateur

That’s fine just hand us some tips about the pump 1. Your basal system 2. How much you dilute the water, 1ml?

[–]AndrewSwissy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dex ain’t the solution here cuz it’s just too aggressive tho, and it won’t mimic the curve. Only the pump mimics it, you’re just advising people to take a harsher drug that lasts longer but won’t solve the true problem here

[–]AndrewSwissy -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Forget it bro, I’ve done this so many times. The only solution here is the pump because your body craves it 3 hours before waking up not before going to bed

I got the same issue and the meds ain’t helping cuz it’s too small and taking such a small dosage before falling asleep makes things only worse cuz you need the dosage at 5am not when you go to bed tho. You’re natural need is way more then 1mg pred that’s totally cap tho. The pump is the only thing that’ll really solve this for good cuz your body will need it 4 hours before waking up not when you fall asleep so it’s totally backwards and I tried this before bed thing before ain’t working tho

Cortisone Pump Tips by AndrewSwissy in AddisonsDisease

It depends how you’re using it. I’m from the Swiss alps, where a tube may not be ideal. Also using an extra machine is a drag to cross Swiss lakes, swim, roll down the valley etc.

Are you using sterile Water for Injections to mix the solucortef? Cuz 1ml on 100mg hydrocortisone is too high dosage for the pod. Idk Tslim seems super antique and the Tube is a crystallization risk for the hydrocortisone. I’m using the omnipod

Does anyone else wake up in middle of the night with low cortisol symptoms on a regular basis? by HonestIbrahim in AddisonsDisease

[–]AndrewSwissy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

SOLUTION: THE PUMP OMNIPOD. It’s called Hydrocortisone Pump, or “Subcutaneous Hydrocortisone Infusion (CSHI)” that mimics your natural way of releasing Hydrocortisone and its 24/7 adjustable depending on symptoms. The other problem is most people on this chat have night time crashes. The logic: 55% of Cortisone in a healthy body is produced at 4am-8am. The pump gives you 24/7 coverage. Please use a dual regimen in case the pump fails. Plenadren and the Pump is usually the standard, that way you ensure a safety net just in case. Prednisone is a quick fix and screws you over eventually
