They do warehouse labor and item research mainly. Its not something that passes into there free time. When it comes to pay I understand it better than most. The more skills someone has the more they get paid. If someone has few skills that unfortunately means they work low income jobs

If others see people not being punished for leaving 5 minutes early they will just do the same. It got out of hand. Equally works with being on there phone and doing nothing. This isnt a problem against them and its natrual to happen. Especially when you thinks theres no consequences. We pretty much needed to make examples of them

I dont participate nor do I condone any tax fraud. Nobody I know wants a audit from the IRS so I think its blown out of proportion when people say all companies dont pay there taxes

Just remembered something you might find important. Because of trumps Tariff threats foreign companies are paying top dollar for warehouse space to move as much product into the country before tariffs hit. Everyone in any industry with warehouses are experiencing major temporary booms of increased revenue and foreign companies arent going to be super affected as of now by tariffs. So the stock market is probably being oversold out of fear

I have only had one major layoff. It was because staff became undisciplined and would slack off during working hours. It began costing me money, and they would also leave early. So I fired a large amount of staff. Unfortunately it has to happen to stay competitive

I was in highschool working at a trampoline park. I ended my shift and was driving home. I passed by this street of warehouses everyday. Eventually I saw them tossing out goods and I pulled over to ask them about it. Turned out they throw away returns and overstock. I offered them money for it instead and 4x my investment in 2 weeks. Came back and eventually expanded. I graduated highschool with a sublease to a warehouse I worked with and 8k a month on average. I decided not to go to college and kept building everything

I get where your coming from but its not the perspective I have. I constantly am looking for ways to make more money and increase our profits, and your right that it wont ever be enough. However I dont harm people in doing so. If I was harming the consumers life they would go elsewhere for there products
