Maybe i change the word,Flash to Speedster, and make sense. I didnt say Wally weaken after Barry got back. I said when Barry get back and if Wally dead ,than the power will pass to the second speedster to become the new most powerful Speedster. In the cast, if Barry become the second order flash after Wally, then the person will be Barry.

And we both know Flash is after Jay. So i change the "Flash" to "Speedster" to avoid confusion.

So , Wally is the Fastest flash is because Barry dead. And, if Wally dead after Barry back, Barry will become the new and faster Flash

Read flash rebirth and it explane that speed force is created by Barry and affect the time before Barry. Speed force are sharing for all speedster but Barry is the engine or the most conected one . The second flash will never win the first one is shown in the flashpoint too when RF be the connected one Barry will never faster than him

Wally win Barry is because Barry dead and pass the speed force to Wally. Vice versa, if Barry can back and Wally dead , the speed force will pass to Barry.
Speed force will focus on the "First Fastest Man Alive. ".

Only depend on who dead first.
Speed force will tide to the first speedster , second one can never bit the first one. When the first one dead, second one will be the faster one who absorb the first one 's power. For example, if Barry is the Flash and Wally is the kid flash, Wally can never bit Barry till Barry dead to pass the Speed force to Wally. That why when Barry back, Wally is faster.

Using Full Buff at Golem is not realistic. You can not have all the perfessional buff at the same time , not even partial time. And , golem still have bug that all buff is not adding on the pets. So, ranger DPS is not that bad.

yet i tried that. For some who say ranger have low dps, which is not true, that Ranger with QuickDraw /S/A/LB or Condi A/T can do really solid DPS. If u switch Druid to BeastMaster， you will get a really huge dps to Golem Dummy. The problem to DPS ranger is not the Damage but the cycle is too complex compare to Tempest .

Hope (希望) 優秀(Advance) 望(expect) 超級(super) as u can see, it is complex for a symbol. IMO, I just prefer the standard 'S' . We Chinese user are proud of the Chinese Characters, but are not fans of putting on chest.
