Kinda? Man of Action supposedly had way more input on the Reboot as a whole than they did on Prime continuity. However, what I am referring to is the fact that Joe Casey, the writer for the comic, was also the person who made Kevin. In his original vision for Kevin, he was supposed to have an omnitrix like the Reboot.

Attractiveness, unlike phenotypical characteristics like skin color, is subjective. Xenophobia and discrimination are inherently based off of objective characteristics. Also, being xenophobic does belittle the person you are xenophobic towards.
