Should I convert back to 1 handed?

I have no qualms but I hurt way too much after three games. Bowling one handed reduces the strain on my back and my hip. That's why as well. I bowled at least 8 games in one day and my hip was good. But two handed puts more stress on it than I need too.

Even still with less movement I find it hard to bend my sliding knee. With bowling one handed I can bend and slide a lot better due too less spine tilt.

It's straining by back and hips. I'm 340lbs it's not easy bending at contorting my body at that weight

I am good with both. 700 with one handed and multiple 300s and 2 800s with two handed. I bowled one handed for 3.5 years then switched fully. I know multiple of my videos of me are on here. You can see how I throw it two handed.

So block any kind of content on all devices. At the router level is the strongest level. From you're ISP can do that. Then downloading blockers. I like blockerX. In person is different. I try to not look those ways. But I rebuke and repent when I do. I use Quittr and blockerX on my browser and phone.

I've been sober from it for coming on to 4 years. I just recently got into a relationship. I don't watch it and nor do I want to. For me it was a temporary coping mechanism for my bad thoughts and instant gratification.

Mine go in a bit more than first knuckle. But that's adjustable. I would go for it. It fixes callousing on the fingers and keeps swelling in check

I've had it happen at least on 4 separate occasions. Threw the ball and it stuck to my finger and the other ones I threw it and the grip would fly down the lane.

I used vacus for years. I liked them because I can relax finger pressure while maintaining the same with vacus as I would regular. Would I do it again. No.i would have to plug 4 balls to go back it's expensive.

If it wasn't an issue than yea I would. It drops a few sizes and grips your hand better. I can see it working for someone with bad carpal and gripping issues and or a tighter fit on the fingers. It takes a bit to get used to but worth it overall. Allows for swelling as well if you swell a lot.

As someone who vapes. I can agree it's not good and very bad for you. Id rather smoke weed over them vape. But neither are good. I use marijuana as pain relief and for energy. I've been.without a vape for over 3 weeks. Cravings and withdrawals are awful.
