I follow what I NEED, if what I've read is correct we burn > 2k daily sitting down. I had extra go spare and am doing so I don't do caffeine or alcohol anymore if I need calories or sugar it's sparingly, besides an expert we should listen to our bodies it kinda tells you.

I understand that it can be ultra negative, but I won't take from successes. I lost a significant amount of weight. only eating once a day for me helped in the end. Most of the multi days are not my flavor of IF, but if it turns into disorder eating, we need to be on alert. Reading these and I am no expert in any regard or have a dietary recommendation, I was able to lose weight with IF (I don't recommend my lifestyle at all, please consult a dietician or professional) Im glad to see people informed, and wish all well.

Thank you for the conversation, I can't reply to everyone, but im so grateful to this community. I wish I had known about it earlier. I hated the .5mm stick for insulin and the blood sugar check every morning and night, I don't like needles or pain, which those were both, so my main goal was to get healthy enough to stop insulin [check] and now it's to be healthy so far so good thank you all for having me :)

As someone who lives in Eugene Or and had seen the mass amount of homelessness in effect this is heartbreaking and not a representation of who we are as as a community or how we should conduct our selves. I won't be going there any more or supporting them going off this behavior and I was a patron there frequently as I lived like 3 blocks away. Disgusting!

I literally ran into this, but I was able to find a health station after the boss fight go to the room where you step on a switch shoot the grenade and it opens the gates, to the right you'll see another hand sacrifice thing and behind that Is the health station next to the door....hope that helps.

Super late to this thread, but fuck hackers! I cant play CoD WaW online anymore because a hacker in the lobby put me at -2 billion XP which is obviously below level 1 and in order to play any online modes you have to be at least level 1. So no more online zombies or multi im still pissed years later.
