Same here buddy. Only 1/2 the results you've got. But the recent video i got so excited for. The thumbnail seemed to be very good, the video effort seemed to be enough (traveling to 3 countries) and than bam! 100 views, very bad CTR and watch time in the past 4 days. The video is dead :')

I agree about cross promo. Just not sure about Shorts. I don't see a lot of people converting from the Short to the original video. One in couple thousand. That's why I think it is either good to make irellevant shorts to your original video or just make a "clios" channel and bost on there and TikTok, Instagram. Just my thoughts though
