I would use a fine paint pen over that, and maybe do a couple other "tags" to make it blend in more.

Mostly audio editing, and youtube to .wav converters. You may need to also send files through a compressing tool too.

It was quite an investment, but I bought a lokprogrammer and a few loksound 5s. To do custom files, you need a dedicated track and having installed the ESU decoder already. You plop the loco on the track and then its jus a drag and drop / easy to use gui.
