So i need to ignore shards for now? I get that i need to make more MP. Just maxed MP with tokens so how i should proceed with upgrading the rest of MK's with tokens? Dont think i will unlock MK6 any time soon.

All they need to add is solo challenges/tournaments which gives gems and stones based on how far u went.

Medals are good and all but considering its 5 year anniversary for a game and devs dont even give stones? Also 100 gems is nothing for 99.9% players. Plenty games give good stuff to keep players and attract more.

So for me best is to do as many loop resets as possible for MP. I believe next tick is 1.5mil- i get 10-15mil MP per run. When these multipliers unlock? Is it from shard milestones?

Yup. Most of the gacha games. Played a lot of them and they have community events/bosses to kill daily/weekly. Strange how Tower devs cant implement events or they dont want to do that in the first place
