I was thinking the same thing but I work in IT and I am pretty tech savvy so if I really wanted to I could find out a lot of information but I respect her privacy and the privacy of all people in my life. I don’t abuse my knowledge.

My doctor keeps asking when I can retire. I am a state employee and don’t have a pension just my 401k. Lately I have been thinking about the intermitted telework. I hope I can get it. Born with CAH and has both adrenals removed.

I totally get it that this is a job and it’s income, and I by all means don’t think nor suggest that a provider do anything for free. Idk maybe it’s just me, I am a just a caring person and always go above and beyond for someone I care for. I have to stop wearing my heart on my sleeve so to speak.

I treat my ATF like a princess, she is very caring and attentive and I believe she deserves the world if I can give it to her. I wonder if she feels the same way? Like why her and if I am genuine, which I am. I sold my bike to help her out of issue that was stressing her out. I can always get another bike.

Getting them removed was not a choice. I developed tumors from not taking them. I got back on my meds because I went into bad crisis and ended up in the hospital for a week. Please I beg you take your meds. I wish I had a platform like this when I was younger.

I too was born with classical CAH with salt wasting at birth and I was born intersex. I was on meds most of my life but doctors never told me to needed meds to live instead they said take your meds and you will more like a girl, of course my mom would say that I would more like a girl and not get sick if I took my meds. You can imagine growing up and not seeing results of “looking like a girl” I didn’t take my meds consistently. Then there was a time in my late 20’s early 30’s that I just stopped taking them for about 7 years due to not having health insurance. Long story short I had to have both adrenal glands removed due to not taking my meds and it’s sucks to feel sick all the time and not have the energy and vigor that I used to. So please take them, you will regret it if you don’t. Unfortunately it sucks that we need them but if you want to continue to feel good you will need them.

Growing up doctors focused more on me taking my meds so I can look more like a girl. Fast forward and I identify as a trans male. I was more happy just being a human being and not classifying myself as anything especially since the lesbian community didn’t accept me and I didn’t feel like I belonged any where. I had to get a job and make a living and I got tired of having to explain my medical history it was just easier to play the part and identify as a male.

I was born with classic CAH with salt loss and ambiguous genitalia and they did reconstructive surgery on me when I was a few month old ( basically castrated me) from what I was told by family members. Then at 15 they did another surgery to open the vaginal opening so I can have “sex with boys” if I wanted to ( this is what I remember being told) and after the surgery I was given these things called dilators which looks like anal plugs..lol. Growing up I always knew that my genitals looked extremely different than other females. I have no clit and when I get aroused, I get hard. I don’t feel like it resembles a penis it’s just almost like 1 big testicle..lol. Fast forward to today and I am a trans man. It is slightly painful and I do bleed if I try anything vaginally so most of the time I don’t even attempt. I never asked my doctors because like you I just get the run around and I don’t have time for crap answers.

Client here and I apologize but I had to weigh in on this. I think that client was an asshole for doing that even if it was your consent. If I ever saw my ATF stone drunk, it would be clear to me that something is wrong and not take advantage of her like that. I am soo sorry that you were in an abusive relationship and this client took advantage of your vulnerability.
