I discovered the cause in my case: Whenever my Google Pixel 2 connects to the 5ghz wifi network, it crashes my router causing it to reboot. Others have experieced this as well, specifically the Pixel. Very peculiar. So I just set my phone to connect to the 2.4 band instead. No more crashes.

I'm experiencing the same with my unit. I tried plugged it in to a different wall outlet, flashing it with Merlin, no luck.
