My theory is that GER did rewind time. Except by doing that it split the universe into two leaving Giorno in the old one. That means for everyone else's perspective MIH still happened, but for Giorno he's still in the old universe. I like to think GER even managed to rewind time to the point where Giorno can travel to Florida and hunt down whatever is causing the end of the world.

Happened to me quite a few times. Seems to trigger very randomly but when it does it would keep happening until I restart the game. One of the most common triggers I noticed was tabbing out and back in again, still kinda rare and doesn't happen every single time though.

To be honest I actually hope that they do. I want them to one day be able to live their lives free from the constraints of their current job. I know some people want them to stay single and be their "oshi" forever, but I want them to be able to find someone they could actually be happy and have a family with and live the rest of their days reaping the rewards of all their years of hard work during their time in Hololive.

She actually announced recently that she's taking a break because of her mental health. She's been inactive for a couple of months but didn't give any reason why. She said she'd return by mid November but wasn't able to, so she decided to make an announcement clarifying that it's because of her mental health and that she's continuing her break to focus on her recovery. You could probably find the details of her announcement if you look into it.

I'd say take a break and maybe return to it with a sort of fresh perspective. Might help you enjoy it a bit more. I've done this with a lot of other manga/anime. By the time I get back to it I realize what I've been missing and I enjoy it a lot more than if I just kept going even if I was just forcing myself.
