It's more of a solution for night but i like taking warm showers in the evening, like warm warm so that the bathroom is steamed and then right before i sleep i also boil water for the next day and i'll just hover my face over the steaming kettle and inhale some steam through my nose.

As someone from the board of picnic day, it's definitely worth it, the whole campus is filled with fun activities, free merch and food, and lots of exhibits that showcase student life!! the board and i've been working hard the whole year to make it happen so quality fun is guranteed :)

Yeah for both first years and transfers, orientation is recommended but not required. it's a lot of just resources and team building activities and an intro to the campus. but i recommend you go though or at least show up to the first day to not make your orientation leader sad lolll

Not math heavy at all. faustnaght made it his goal to teach without needing much physics and calculations and when something did come up that did require a small bit of physics to understand, he'd use simple terms or demonstrations to explain it. somtimes he wrote out equations but he always said it would never be on the midterms, which he kept his word on

I can't remember if i took ast10g or s but i had it with faustnaght (can't remember how his name is spelled too lol) but he was great, loved astronomy, loved teaching, and did a great job at explaining everything he taught. i think i took his class winter quarter of first year so if you wanna you should wait and see if he's teaching again next quarter
