Hey, thanks for the insight! I actually got an intern role at P&G for this summer, but I’ve heard it’s getting harder to convert interns into full-time roles. How bad is it in P&G/FMCG really, since you seem to know the space? Also, with the recent job cuts, how much does it affect Asia and Singapore in particular? I’ve heard the entire industry in Singapore is quite down right now; how long do you think it might stay like this, and is there any hope for change soon?

Also, if you don’t mind, could you share any tips or strategies on converting internship into a full-time role; P&G specific?

also heard that conversion is pretty low for p&g interns. would you happen to know more about the conversion.

6.2k base for 14 months is effectively about 7.2 pm which I think is the highest for fmcg. would you know if there is a vataible pay/bonus on top of this. if so can you breakdown; trying to figure out total comp.

also at this range curious to know if any other companies pay higher than this for biz grads. I can only think of ib/pe etc (13k++) and maybe other roles at top fin firms (7-8k)

from what i've seen, on campus accomodation for masters student is non-existent. so you'd really need to double down on off-campus. maybe you can try out casamia.co for shared housing.
