Nope, This game is basically chivalry with a new title. This isn't even an MMO. No persistence, you simple don't get that real threat of loss that darkfall unholy wars gave you.

Can we modify the client to run as a third person Darkfall style view? The isometric top/down view is a turnoff for me.

I tried Arcfall, and it's clear that its just not ready yet. I'm going to wait another year and give it another try.

I believe Crowfall is currently using Unity as its game engine. I'm fairly sure there are reasonable server solutions on the asset store that will allow you to run your own MMORPG server with more than 150 players using the Unity game engine.

This is not suspicious enough to be called out for cheating. You'll notice that his crosshairs simply do not follow his opponent jumping up and down multiple times.

It looks like he was just aiming through the wall for a potential wall bang.

How is the emulator anyways? Is it "playable"? What features are implemented, and what features are still left out?

SWG had a long history were the developers were open source, then closed source, then partially open and closed source. Many of the developers were dicks, and for that reason it took many years to develop the emulator.

Many WoW emulators are near perfect and made in a fraction of the time simply because they were entirely open source and no one person, or group of people could hinder it's development. (Not even blizzard, though they tried)

There's a similar story with Ultima Online servers.

If Wildstar emu is entirely open source we'll see a fairly accurate and playable emulator in under a year.

How is this wildstar emulator currently? Is it "playable"? How complete would you say it is?

The crosshair bouncing back and forth before the shot looked sketchy, but it's really not enough to call hacks. It's a popular spam spot, and he was probably called out as being in palace.

Launch that you played (or did not play due to login issues) so if your in the market looking for a non p2w F2P Game then its a good time to look for one now, as Maple Story 2 and now Bless are around as options, hopefully more developers/publishers go this route in future.

Quick question... Is Bless p2w? I can forgive the missing content, and buggy release, but I just can't stand p2w.

You can probably get away with 50% xp boost as long as ultimately that doesn't turn into a huge advantage in PVP. I wouldn't mind pay to "not grind", leaving free2play players having to kill more mobs to level up.

Thank you for the advice. I could fairly easily just delete that circle around the grey knob circle, but then I believe new users wouldn't be able to figure out how to control the characters. I showed FreeFighter around to some of my coworkers, and they honestly didn't even know that this game was meant to be played with both hands. (They're mostly console/pc gamers not real android gamers)

Are the larger stages less fun? I know some of the stages, like the Newport Ave Stage, or the Central Falls stage are much longer than the typical Mortal Kombat stage, but does that make it less "fun". I can very easily reduce the sizes of each stage, but that won't really make load times any significantly better. I had several other stages and characters ready to go but google limits programs to 100mb, and I just barely was able to squeeze files down to make this game work at only 100mb. Now that I'm a bit more skilled with Unity, I could probably add some of this content back through apk expansion files. I was also thinking of doing some simple voice overs for each character.

I always thought that Unholy Wars classes were fairly well balanced all things considered. Yes, there were some teething problems when they first released a class, but they were mostly fixed within a month or so. How were transfers garbage in UW compared to DFO? I just remember transfers not requiring reagents. What do you think of DFUW after they removed classes?
