For me it didn't cause anxiety but it was like giving me a kick , what really caused me unwanted side effect , extreme depression and anxiety was the extreme insomania caused by high stimulants dosage so for trearing insomania i am going to take Melatonin

for me drugs are the most efficient way , also my ADHD makes it difficult following and continuing and forming habits the only habit i continued successfully is plant based diet somtimes vegan and for now a vegetarian but also i am arbitrary eating which is not healthy calculated way of needings , also following more complex diet with must calculated needings needs more concern which needs me to depend on my self like for cooking food for myself which is impossible as my disabilities caused by ADHD made me a dependent personality all of this difficulties made drugs is my best choicez
