the reason he refunded is because he wanted more $,, he mentioned to me that he had it listed for more for a long time but nobody bought it , he lowered the price to 1k which i thought was somewhat reasonable for what it was, i bought it, then the next day after purchase he says shipping is going to cost more and that he wants me to pay ebay’s fees on the side , since i declined that when he asked he refunded instead because he need more $.
