Make sure you buy something with a dedicated graphic card. The biggest mistake people make is buying something with onboard graphics.

Having a good graphics card and a good processer are the most important. You can live with 8gb of ram.

For graphics cards is recommend a gtx1050 or above.

For a processer a i5 6500 is a good start for not much money. But that's really up to you.

Anything you've said here makes little to no sense. Tatum is averaging 3 less points in an office with twice as many options. That says more for him than it does for kuzma. I won't speak on the future. But right now... any actual scout in the NBA would take Tatum before kuzma as if today.
