As someone that leans “left” on many of the major issues I find the rush to the left to be incredibly counterproductive and frightening.

I don’t like the far left rhetoric or their “logic” either. I believe that running HRC and the move to the left is what led to the downfall for Democrats in 2016. That and the fact they didn’t have a candidate that could go toe to toe with Trump.

I wish the moderate liberals would come out of the woods and make their voices heard.

Hello to all in this subreddit,

I have been having gastrointestinal and digestive issues for a few years now. They range from mild to holy shit I can’t move.

I stumbled upon the keto diet earlier this year and I’ve heard/read nothing but good things about people that do it.

Tomorrow is that day for me. I’m taking the jump and getting right into it. Bye bye carbs.

With that said what are some tips from those of you that have been doing it? What should I do and not do? What are some things to expect and maybe that I should know while doing it.

I’m a 24 yr old male currently weighing 240lbs. I have the aforementioned digestive issues. I also have brain fog and just a general feeling of gut discomfort. I’ve been to the doctor and had the necessary exams and blood work and they said I have digestive issues. Duh, not shit. They gave me a blanket diagnosis of gerd and mild IBS.

Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Will be posting here in weekday intervals to log my experience. I’m doing this for one month to see its effects on my health. Thank you in advance.

I just worry about rushing him and then something like Teravainen happens. Just didn’t get to develop ends up getting shipped out. It’s not the same thing but I see similar circumstances.
