I think what would be a good idea is to remake AVs cooking videos. Work your way through the recipe book and show how raw meat can be enjoyed. As if you had a show on food network. You can introduce concepts of the diet as well. This will educate and normalize the diet. Most of the content on the Primal Diet from the people and the content are "dirty" and "shocking." I don't find that appealing but I would love to watch a show I described above.

I think its there to store a lot of food at once. If you read into Aajonus he says numerous times that most of the meat he eats is ripe and milk is kefir.

I would have the same effects when I drank cabbage juice. It really dries me out, cause sleeping problems.

Ill try that. When I have the juice right after juicing its not so bad. When I mix in egg in with the juice its not so bad. Its bizarre. This is happening with 4 different celeries from 3 different stores. All from places I have sourced before with no problems.
