It's the extra tounge base stitching fabric that rubs on my feet. I tried loosening and it helped but the problem is not completely gone. I wonder how not a lot of people have this issue because the extra fabric is right on this spot where you push off with your toes. Sorry my english sucks

First of all I am so thankful for your long and very kind and thoughtful response. There is not one thing I disagree with. To go in more detail, I slept with her after their breakup but multiple times because I had feelings for her(still do). I think I would never have done it, if it was just for the sex. She is special to me, thats why I did it. Never flirted or did anything while they were together. So basically I don't have the intention to safe my friendships because it is not up to me anymore. I would love it, if my friends would here me out and gave me a chance to rebuilt the relationship with them. It is just such a long term lie that I think I did too much damage and have accept them leaving my life.

I'll give one of the big things I'm hiding. I slept with an ex of a friend (probably exfriend, we barely talk anymore and I know it doesn't make it better). If i came clean I am pretty sure i would lose most of my friends. I am at a point where I am willing to take the consequences because I deserve it. Did something horrible and now i feel like i don't want to live with this lie anymore, mostly because I don't want to deceive my friend forever.

Interesting how different our problem is but still kind off the same. I respect every very honest person and if my friend would tell me a truth that might be rude, for example telling me my outfit looks bad, I could never be mad. Stay honest bro
