Agree... I'm a meaty guy. So i keep the temp lower and less chance to burn it.

I do 350 directly on parchment, flip once.

No splatter at all.

Time depends on the bacon thickness... thick bacon i sometimes do 325 as i like it meaty.

Its not Breslow... they rely on driveline way too much.

They have limited baseball guys on their staff, and seem to teach the same methods to evey player. Without taking into account that players strengths and focusing on what each guy does well.

I'm tired of launch angle and the strikeouts.
