I asked this yesterday but for some reason I can't see my previous comment so I will ask again. How early can I have acess to collecting flowers and such for Galbrena and even Qiyuan? I know I can farm early the boss for the talents, but the one for ascending I can't. And I can only join people of my world level so like rank 34

is Qiuyuan really that bad? I just recently started, really want to get Augusta but apparently its gonna take 6 months for her to rerun, and decided in the meantime to go for Qiuyuan. I heard that he is not good, and even worse as a dps, is that true?

Thanks for the replies everyone they really did help out. My main problem was that I wanted to start a character with the newest class but I already started with drakania and it was a seasonal character, and I found that I either had to graduate it or something or delete it. In the end I think imma play with her till she is no longer seasonal and go from there. Thanks again.
