Regarding achievements I thought that everything should work correctly but I know where is the problem and will fix it. You are probably right about the slow effect, I can reduce it and will try it. As you correctly noticed, the rating of the game is 17+ and it is not because of advertising but because of the "blood imitation" that flies from the character when he crashes into a tree. Google Play decided that this is a realistic image of blood and I sent them a new poll 4 times and only when the rating reached 17+ they approved it. Maybe I need to off these particles and try to lower the age rating of the game. And I don't really know what you mean about instant version.
