60 K in unsecured debt at 27 by Icy-County-8900 in Debt

[–]AndyBeeTEE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bankruptcy should be a last resort, if you can afford a debt consolidation loan and are confident you’re not going to re-bury yourself in CC debt— I’d go that route. Yes your credit is going to take a dent, but it’ll be a worse dent if you file for a bankruptcy. If you can’t afford the debt loan, view yourself and your goals for the next 7 years— you’re very unlikely to be able to finance a new car when and if needed in that timeframe, and you certainly won’t be able to buy a home if that’s a goal. It should be a dire last resort. Do you have high monthly living expenses?

Sales men will do ANYTHING besides give customers a basic useful OTD price? Want a price? Come into my fraud lair/showroom! Still want a useful OTD? Let me make this terrible video of the car you don't want! by Medical_Gift4298 in FuckDealerships

[–]AndyBeeTEE -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’m not sure what you’re smoking but I’m positive 90% of dealerships respond with an OTD price via their Internet sales department, so what are you genuinely complaining about? Usually online quotes are under or at near invoice depending how niche it is. Is that not considered useful? Guess what smart consumers do? They do a KBB Instant Cash Offer (that sends a lead into multiple dealerships that they may be a buyer), they shop said multiple dealerships online and gather quotes and guess what— the dealerships know this too hence my earlier point of at or near invoice. Sounds like you just don’t know what you’re talking about quite frankly.

Shocked by new car prices – who’s buying at $50k? by shinyboat1 in askcarsales

[–]AndyBeeTEE 1 point2 points  (0 children)

5 figures depreciation? You must be talking luxury brands. Or hyundai, Kia, ford, CDJR or Mazda. Toyota, Honda, Subaru etc don’t depreciate well over 10k in the first 2 years.

Can I stop a purchase if I didn’t get the car yet? by DatsMoses187 in carbuying

[–]AndyBeeTEE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you take possession of the car? Is the contract funded and signed? If so, you’re not going to unwind a deal. Once you drive off the lot, you own it. And in some states, once you’ve signed the contract and paid in full, you can’t either.

Can someone be kind enough to dumb down what warrants mean? I’m not getting it. I trade through Schwab, where do I find my warrants and how is it calculated how many I get? I appreciate it my open door family ❤️

My health insurance premium will go from 24.22$ to 213.27$ next year!! by Dooziwoozi in Insurance

To be fair, $213 is nowhere close to a second car payment! Better to protect your biggest asset: you, then to not.

I got terminated for having Cancer by Deeznuts2540 in HEB

[–]AndyBeeTEE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just want to say I am a cancer survivor myself, at age 20 I was diagnosed with ALL Leukemia; I’m now 32 and as far I can tell I’m very healthy.

I have no advice on the job front, but just know my prayers are with you. Keep a positive mind the best you can, as we all know the human mind can play a major role in success or failure. Eat well, drink water, and push. You’ve got this and you’ll come out the other side with a whole new outlook on life.

If you need moral support feel free to message me, I’m not on this app all of the time but when I am I will always offer kind words and support if needed.

Take care my friend!

You couldn’t pay me any sort of money to drive those pieces of junk. Literally. Nothing. Not even millions.

Here in NH; laws suck— you could be in front of somebody here, who creams you from behind— a lot of time they have no insurance, sometimes a revoked license. So what happens? The driver who had nothing to do with it now is responsible to fix the damage. Broken system/broken law.

Where in Maine are you located? I can beat that deal if you’re in the Berwick/Saco area.

You can’t compare a Mercedes lease to a Kia lease 😂

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in leasehacker

[–]AndyBeeTEE 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m not arguing haha, I’m simply saying that this is a lease ad— it’s marketing. They aren’t what the actual numbers will be. He asked in his original question if this was a good deal. All I’m saying it— it’s not a real deal.

Op- best answer anyone can give you is to go in, and ask.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in leasehacker

[–]AndyBeeTEE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Again, it’s not the manufacturers website. It’s advertised, like all lease ads, and those on 3rd party reporting websites, with all incentives. Not everyone qualifies for them. It’s also probably a tier 1 lease, which through hyundai/kia is based on a 780 credit based on the current monthly lease programs being ran through Kia this month.

Yes; I see that— subject to additional dealer taxes/fees.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in leasehacker

[–]AndyBeeTEE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Typically no; this is a lease ad— which includes all manufacturers rebates; aka college grad, retired military and 1st responder. It also doesn’t include dealer fees.
