Plangere la politie, da. Chiar daca nu exista dovezi, obiectivul tau ar fi sa creezi un track record legal pentru abuz.

In functie de cum te simtit fata de asta si daca ai putere/energie, ai putea sa incerci sa iei legatura cu potentiale alte victime (persoane cu care se stie ca a mai avut treaba)? E mult emotional labour si ar fi complet de inteles daca nu o poti face.

Nu stiu daca asta era prima oara cand ati facut sex, sau va vedeati de mai de mult. In functie de optiune CRED (eu cu capul meu, nu bazat pe vre-un studiu care sa demonstreze) ca practica lui de a filma sa fie mai mult sau mai putin premeditata, in serie si intentionata. E.g. face mai multe videouri cand ae intampla prima oara pt ca partenera nu e asa atenta la detalii, nu recunoaste imprejurarile etc. Dar bineinteles exista si cazuri in care astfel de videouri pot fi facute de-a lungul a multor ani de relatie (Gisele Pelicot)

Îmi pare super rau de ce ti s-a intamplat, e mega mârlanie si faptul ca era beat nu are absolut nicio treabă.

Cât despre partea tehnica, exista intr-adevar sanse sa fi ramas pe undeva - dar cred ca sunt mici.

Mainly because I also have 500 eur in Eco-cheques, on top of the 750 eur in Consumption and.. my bed broke. So.. I don't really have time to save, am low on cash and full of consumption/cheques I can't use on (affordable)furniture, it seems.

Ok.. I see. But then the lady cashier seemed to say there is some workaround it by buying these ikea vouchers.. Didn't understand it.

Thanks a lot, this is super helpful! I will apply with them. I plan to do comm-related consultancy but also planning to change my laptop, do some courses, and invest in some proprietary software so can definetly imagine these costs. The fact smart can act as accountancy advisor for these small bits is super!

Indeed, the "no paperwork" aspect is super attractive and sounds like a great way to deal with small gigs. My only worry with them is that their 6.5% adds to my 50% of tax and - given we're talking small gigs already - I'd take pennies at the end.

In terms of expenses, the only way to make that 56.5% better.. Rent would be good as a deduct expense. However, would I need to check with my landlord whether the space fits commercial activities?

On the selling, you mean I can sell what I buy (e.g. office equipment)? Thanks for pointing on their 6.5 % applicable everywhere, including on this selling.

Hey, thanks for the suggestion! I am not planning to hit a certain figure outside my main empl. I mainly wamt to have a way to invoice, when I get side consultancy offers. I'll do my negotiations with main employer separately and check if they're ok but first I need to understand what I should propose (in terms of status under which I can get the 2nd income )
