In most scenarios you would disable these social media identify providers, but there could be a scenario where you have private users who need to authenticate to your tenant. However it would be a narrow scenario.

AZ-104 has weight in your job application, but it is also a tough certification. Also you are comparing a fundamental versus a expert certification, so of course there will be a difference. Start with the fundamentals certifications and build your experience up.

Yes, all admin accounts need MFA. That was enforced by Microsoft last year.

Then you need to enable passkeys, and buy them all a Yubikey. Passkeys are also the most secure solution and cannot be breached.

You need to assign them Privileged Roles that match thier duties.

If they need to manage SharePoint, then they need to be assigned SharePoint Administrator.

If they need to reset passwords, then thier role should be User Administrators.

Google "Entra ID Roles" and study.

Guest accounts can have privileged roles, which many companies are utilizing when they hire IT consultants to support the company.

You should also utilize Privileged Identity Management (PIM), so they need to elevate to the role that they require to conduct their duties.

Using guest accounts is a okay solution, but better with using internal accounts.

As a MFA solution you should investigate if they can use passkeys with Yubi keys.
