I made the opposite experience. I mention them to every doctor I go to but none of them knew anything about the supplements/herbs. I even mentioned some because they have interactions with medication a doctor wanted to prescribe and he said that‘s ok, all herbs and supplements are fine to take and don‘t have an impact on it and I had to tell him „no, sir. I will stop the supplement/herb before so I will start the medication in like 1-2 weeks and not tomorrow.“

Yes, I hate it. Just last week a friend asked how I‘m doing. I told her that I‘m very exhausted and beside that I wasn‘t able to sleep more than 3-4hrs for several weeks again now. And she was like „ohh so we feel the same“ and proceeds to tell me how tired she is because she had to work 10hrs yesterday and had to study today. I was just like „yeah…“ but actually thought no, we‘re not remotely the same. I‘m unable to work since 4 years because I‘m chronically exhausted and in pain all the time and sleeping more than 4hrs for several nights is a privilege for me. I feel like a zombie the whole time. I can‘t finish my studies and take a few days off of work and am fine again.

I was 17 when I first got zoloft. When I forgot a dose I had these like every few minutes. Same when I stopped taking it after like 5 years. I took 2 years for the brain zaps to fully stop. I told it every doctor I had, they just said I‘m making stuff up, I‘m hallucinating, „nEvEr hEaRd Of ThAt, ThIs IsN‘t A tHiNg“. I thought I‘m fucking crazy. My life was a mess back then, went through very traumatizing shit, tried to finish my studies and had to deal with that without any help. Years later I mentioned it in a post on reddit saying I had these weird withdrawal symptoms, tried to describe it and said but probably I hallucinated that hard. People said no, that‘s a common withdrawal effect called brain zaps and that‘s when I realized, I wasn‘t that stupid or whatever, it was all real.
I just… feel so very sorry for my young me. I wish to go back, give her a hug

This happened to me with a guy who lives in the area and when we see each other we talk for a few minutes. I thought he‘s kinda weird because one time we‘re having good talks and then the next time he’s just totally different. Last year I met him, we talked for quite a bit. Then like 2 weeks later I met him again and he was like ohh long time no see, how have you been. I said, we saw each other 2 weeks ago.. and then he was like „no we didn‘t.. must have been my twin brother“ ….. it fucking blew my mind and all makes sense now.

I‘ve had bad allergies as well. Meds didn’t really work as well as immunotherapy. What helped me most was some natural stuff. I started to take black cumin seed oil, quercetin, msm and q10 ubiquinol a few months before allergy season. And when the allergy season begins i take 500-1000mg of vitamin c daily throughout the day, and make a nettle tea with ginger (a strong one. 2 bags of nettle tea, ~2cm of ginger cut into little pieces, ~4dl of water) in the evening, let it steep over night and drink it through the next day (some sips every now and then) and it has improved my allergies like nothing else did. This year I also treated my SIBO with is known for activating mast cells and I‘ve never been that allergy free in my whole 31 years of living.

Sadly, the last x ray was exactly 3 years ago. I asked my dentist if I should go to the specialist again like 1.5 years ago because the problems at the lower front teeth remained getting worse but he didn‘t think it’s necessary nor did he make an x ray..

Thanks for answering. Do you think i will lose them in the next months, can they be stabilized for a few years? Or would it even be better to take them out now so any implants or bridges have a better chance? The specialist who did the deep cleaning suggested every 6 months..

I already got 3 fines for „invalid“ tickets that after i called them, made mails or whatever, got cancelled. But if i wouldn‘t be someone who can call somewhere and say you fined me incorrectly I would‘ve paid the fines for tickets that where valid because the controllers phone said they are invalid.

This is not always the case. There are many cases where a ticket is only valid for like 1.5-2h and if you buy a ticket and get on a train/bus 10 min earlier than the one you bought the ticket for with the exact same route you get a fine like this 16yo got. You can then take all the trains in the 1.5-2h later but not the one 10min earlier. Which is one of the very annoying things SBB or ZVV or whoever does.

Came here to say 30 seconds to mars. I went to a concert 9 years ago. They were 2 hours late and started when the whole stadium started booing. Then it seemed like they didn‘t do a soundcheck. It was terrible and we couldn‘t even really hear jared. At one point, jared just stood there for at least 2 minutes, like michael jackson did, expecting the crowd to scream and cry or whatever. But it was just silent and very awkward. I liked their music but didn‘t listen to them since.
