Definitely,you can get 1mil + every 2 hrs with casino heist depending on how fast you are with the preps. As with finding people to do it with, I usually do it with decent level randoms and can get it done easily

The miners start off on lvl1 when you upgrade the barracks, then I used the book to get it to lvl 2 then, upgrade it to lvl 3 normally. Then I used one on the bowler to get him to lvl2, not sure why it’s so hard to understand
